With this tutorial you can make an action photo of yours seem like it was a classic, all-important moment.
The result: 
Step 1: Find an image of someone an action taking place. I selected an image of Lebron James dunking. 
Step 2: Duplicate the layer of the picture of Lebron James. With the new layer selected, go to Filter > Artistic > Underpainting and use the same settings that I’ve used. 
Step 3: At this point your image should look something like this. 
Step 4: Change the blending mode of the filtered layer from ‘Normal’ to ‘Hard Light’ as shown below. 
And that’s it! Pretty simple and it was done in only 4 steps. Here’s the result again
